Our short-term goal of this project is to create a business case and proof of concept for long-term research into providing quality of life benefits to the retired population. This will be achieved by using inter-generational cooperation and small business / entrepreneurs mentor-ship. This programs operation partners will include community organizations such as Chamber of Commerce, Community Futures North Fraser, Rotary, Mission School District 75, The Distract of Mission, and Community sponsors. Long-term research partners for evaluating  and providing stratgic advice will include The University of the Fraser Valley (UFV), and Simon Fraser University (SFU). ACE125 was conceived to capture the decades of knowledge our burgeoning retiree community has acquired over many years of professional life. Transferring this knowledge through inter-generational mentor-ship programs will not only allow us to mitigate its loss but also provide counsel to young entrepreneurs in order to promote business success.
